This notice covers claimwell.io, the website. It does not cover the Claimwell product, which runs in a customer's own cloud account under that customer's control and under the agreement between us and that customer.

Information you give us. If you request a demo or contact us, we receive what you send: typically your name, work email, organization, role, and your message. The demo request form on this site composes an email in your own mail client; nothing is stored on this site when you submit it.
Information collected automatically. This site is a static site. Our hosting provider and content delivery network keep standard server logs, which include IP address, user agent, the pages requested, and timestamps, for security and operational purposes. We do not run analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or third-party embeds on this site.
Cookies. This site sets no cookies of its own. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies for security and delivery.
To respond to your request, to schedule and run a demo, to send you information you asked for, and to keep the site secure and operating. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, such as our hosting provider, content delivery network, and email provider, acting on our instructions. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
Correspondence for as long as we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Server logs for the period our hosting provider retains them, typically thirty days or less.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it, by emailing hello@claimwell.io. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR, or the CCPA and CPRA, and we will honor them. We do not discriminate against you for exercising them.
The Claimwell product processes claims data inside the customer's own environment. We do not host, receive, or have access to that data through this website or through a running deployment. Questions about how a Claimwell customer handles your claim should go to that customer. Our product security posture is described on the Deploy and security page.
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under sixteen. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
We will post any changes to this notice on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be flagged on the site for a reasonable period.
