Claimwell is priced by the work the agents carry, not by seat. A platform fee per rung covers the operations team. On top of it, the Mail Room is priced per document indexed, Claim File Intelligence per claim on file, and each agent per claim it owns. If the agents don't carry the work, you don't pay for it. Everything runs in your cloud account under your contract with your cloud provider.

| Claimwell never makes an adverse decision |
No seat licenses anywhere: fewer people touching claims is the point, and seat pricing would charge you for succeeding. The platform fee covers the named Claimwell operations team. The Scenario Harness is also available on its own as a test bench. Infrastructure runs in your account and is billed by your cloud provider, not by us.
Each step is a separate decision. Nobody has to buy the lifecycle to get the Mail Room.
Tell us where the pain is. We'll tell you which rung it is, what it needs from IT, and what it looks like in ninety days.
